How we deliver digital assets, on-site services, and project deliverables
BIGBUILDUP DEVELOPERS PVT LTD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is an infrastructure engineering firm specialising in highway construction, bridge engineering, industrial infrastructure, urban development, and tender consulting. Our business is primarily service-based; we do not sell or ship physical retail goods. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we deliver digital project outputs, on-site professional services, and advisory deliverables to our clients. By engaging our services and making payment through our website (processed via CCAvenue or any other authorised payment gateway), you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this policy.
The following digital outputs are delivered electronically upon completion:
a) Architectural & Structural Blueprints — AutoCAD drawings, structural layout plans, and design schematics in PDF or DWG format.
b) 3D Parametric Renders — High-resolution 3D visualisations, walk-through renders, and Building Information Modelling (BIM) files.
c) Survey Reports — Topographical survey sheets, geotechnical investigation reports, and soil-testing analysis documents.
d) Cost Estimates & BOQ — Detailed project cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and rate analyses.
All digital deliverables are transmitted to the client's registered email address via secure, encrypted email or a password-protected download link within 3 (three) business days of payment confirmation and receipt of all necessary project inputs from the client. The delivery is considered complete once the email is successfully sent to the client's registered email address or the download link is activated.
For engagements that require physical presence, we provide the following on-site services:
a) Field Surveys & Site Inspections — Topographical surveys, geotechnical investigations, structural audits, and condition assessments conducted at the project site by our qualified engineers.
b) Machinery Mobilisation — Deployment of heavy construction equipment (excavators, cranes, piling rigs, batching plants, etc.) to the designated project site as per the mobilisation schedule agreed in the service contract.
c) Construction & Execution Services — On-ground construction activities including earthwork, road laying, bridge erection, and structural works carried out by our project teams.
On-site service delivery is scheduled in coordination with the client and is subject to site readiness, statutory clearances, and safe weather conditions. The Company shall not be liable for delays arising from the client's failure to provide site access or requisite approvals.
The following indicative timelines apply from the date of payment confirmation and receipt of complete project inputs:
a) Digital Deliverables (Blueprints, Renders, Reports, Estimates) — Within 3 business days via secure email.
b) Field Surveys & Site Inspections — Scheduled within 5–10 business days; exact date confirmed upon booking.
c) Survey & Inspection Reports (post site visit) — Delivered within 5 business days of the completed site visit.
d) Machinery Mobilisation — As per the mobilisation schedule in the service agreement, typically 7–21 business days depending on equipment type, availability, and site location.
e) Consultation & Advisory Sessions — Scheduled within 2–5 business days; conducted via video conference, telephone, or in-person meeting as agreed.
f) Tender Documentation & Bid Preparation — Delivered within the timeline mutually agreed in the engagement letter, typically 5–15 business days.
All timelines are indicative and may vary based on project complexity, scope of work, and external dependencies. Specific delivery schedules are confirmed in the service engagement contract or work order issued for each project.
Our consultation and advisory services encompass project feasibility studies, tender strategy advisory, structural design review, quality assurance consulting, and regulatory compliance guidance. These services are delivered through:
a) Virtual Consultations — Conducted via video conferencing platforms (Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams) or telephone at the scheduled date and time.
b) In-Person Meetings — Held at our registered office, the client's premises, or the project site as mutually agreed.
c) Written Advisory Reports — Detailed advisory documents, feasibility reports, and recommendations delivered via secure email within the agreed timeline.
A confirmation email with the meeting link, agenda, or report delivery date is sent to the client upon scheduling. The consultation is deemed delivered upon completion of the scheduled session or transmission of the advisory report.
In the event of any delay in the delivery of digital outputs, on-site services, or advisory deliverables, we shall:
a) Notify the client via email and/or telephone within 24 hours of identifying the delay.
b) Provide the reason for the delay and a revised estimated delivery date.
c) Offer the client the option to wait for the revised delivery, modify the scope of the engagement, or request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
We are committed to transparent communication and will keep the client informed at every stage of the engagement.
BIGBUILDUP DEVELOPERS PVT LTD shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, cyclones), epidemics or pandemics, acts of government or regulatory authorities, war or civil unrest, strikes or labour disputes, failure of third-party services or utilities, severe or unseasonal weather conditions affecting site operations, and disruptions to internet or telecommunications infrastructure. In such circumstances, the delivery timeline shall be extended by a period equivalent to the duration of the force majeure event, and the client shall be notified promptly with revised timelines.
For all service engagements, clients can track and confirm delivery as follows:
a) Digital Deliverables — An email confirmation with a delivery receipt is sent upon transmission. Clients may also request read-receipt or download-confirmation tracking.
b) On-Site Services — A service commencement confirmation is issued upon arrival of our team or equipment at the project site. A completion certificate or service delivery report is provided upon conclusion of on-site work.
c) Consultations — A calendar invite is issued upon scheduling. Post-session, a summary or minutes of meeting is shared via email for record-keeping.
